• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure wireframes, mockups, and layouts reflect user requirements and accessibility guidelines (GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1)
• Work with technical architects and integration teams to validate API specifications, authentication flows, and RBAC configurations
• Support data mapping and migration plans involving relational, NoSQL, and search-indexing databases
• Ensure AI-powered tools (e.g., OCR for document verification, NLP for chatbot responses, analytics automation) are effectively aligned with business logic and user needs
• Participate in UAT cycles, develop test scenarios from business requirements, and validate system outputs against expectations
• Document SOPs, training materials, and knowledge transfer content for end-user adoption
• Track requirement changes, maintain traceability matrices, and ensure alignment with project governance processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis for large-scale IT projects
• Strong skills in requirement elicitation, business process modeling (BPMN), and documentation standards
• Experience working with microservices, API integrations, and data migration projects
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, containerized deployments, and DevSecOps workflows
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL data structures, as well as search indexing technologies
• Knowledge of accessibility, compliance, and security frameworks relevant to public digital platforms (GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1,
• CERT-In)
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio, and AI-powered documentation aids (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Good to have certification: IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification, ITIL Foundation Certification.
