• Backend Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support frontend applications.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring efficient handling of data and processes.
• Full-Stack Contribution (Preferred):
  • Develop responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using Angular.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement engaging user interfaces and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Bridge the backend and frontend for end-to-end application delivery.
• Code Quality and Standards:
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to industry best practices and organizational guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Implement and oversee automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers, guiding them in technical and architectural decisions.
  • Participate in project planning and contribute to technical decisions and problem-solving.
• Innovation and Problem Solving:
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full-stack.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development using Java.
• Skills
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate/JPA.
  • Experience with database like SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred).
  • Proficient in microservices architecture and API development.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.

• Develop machine learning algorithms for forecasting and predictive modelling for Supply Chain management products.
• Analyze and standardize Supply chain management data and Implement data transformation from various sources.
• Prepare data, develop, validate models for forecasting and prediction systems.
• Work closely with other engineers to integrate with the rest of the system.
• Design, develop and refine infrastructure for operating machine learning pipelines at scale.
• Work directly with data scientists and DevOps team to enable successful deployments.
• Monitor ML and data pipelines.
• Design, train, and fine-tune large language models to enhance product features and drive AI-powered applications.
• Implement LLMs in production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Optimize LLMs for latency, accuracy, and efficiency, using techniques such as model pruning, quantization, or distillation.
• Should be aware of the Open AI and its usages.

• Have extensive knowledge of data science and machine learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL [Oracle/Mysql or any relational database is ok as well]
• Experience with cloud computing(GCP preferred, but ok with AWS or azure as well)
• At least 3+ years, hands on industry experience with data science and machine learning
• Good communication skills, including in an interdisciplinary environment
• Knowledge and experience working with Supply chain management software or applications
• Software tool development experience: source control (git), packaging, documentation
• Experience in communicating with and briefing senior executives
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative and fluid work environment
